Wokingham Acupuncture Clinic is a private Acupuncture Practice led by Lorraine Canning MAR, LicAc, MBAcC, who works with Richard Nutting.
Lorraine Canning
Lorraine worked in the fields of Environmental Science and Quality Assurance for over 10 years. She has trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture at the highly regarded College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading. She is a Member of the British Acupuncture Council. She practises Reflexology and Reiki Therapy, and is a Member of the Association of Reflexologists. Lorraine lives in Wokingham with her husband and two young children.
Richard Nutting
Lorraine is joined by Richard Nutting Lic Ac, MBAcC.Richard works part time in Wokingham, as well as running his own busy practice in his home town of Marlow.
Training & Qualifications
Lorraine and Richard trained together in Reading. Together they both have over 20 combined years of clinical Acupuncture experience, hold a Licentiate in Acupuncture and are Members of the British Acupuncture Council. This can be verified at the British Acupuncture Council web site. Both Lorraine and Richard are fully insured, and hold a relevant First Aid certificate. Both Practitioners, and the Clinic Rooms used, are registered with the Local Environmental Services (Wokingham Borough Council). Both Practitioners continue to update their training following the guidelines of Continual Professional Development (CPD).
